Filmed live in Las Vegas Nevada, E-Fest 2003 was a tremendous success. This film shows highlights of the 2-day event, with enema demos by Jana and Dr. Bold. Dr. Bold begins with an exam of Nurse Jana, which includes a full rectal cavity probe and temperature. He then gives Nurse Jana a series of three enemas, and the camera captures her expelling after each enema. Jade and Tina Tiedright also perform a how to clinic for enema beginners and professionals. Tina takes nearly a full gallon using a catheter tube and then runs to the toilet!
